Michael Civin is the co-founder of a practice called Rose Hill Psychological Services

Psychology is not a field that you can simply step into because of natural talent. It is an industry which requires a great deal of education and formal training in the workplace. Psychology is an industry that is constantly changing and innovating, trying to keep up with the evolving body of knowledge known as human psychology. Michael Civin is both an academic and a practicing psychologist. He has excelled in both roles, too.

Michael Civin got his A.B. from Harvard College when he graduated with cum laude honors in 1968. It was after this that Michael Civin attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He only attended this institution for a year, in 1968, before leaving. Michael Civin earned his Masters of Arts degree in 1970 by graduating from the University of Oregon. He then graduated from the Gordon F. Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies, which is at Adelphi University, in 1986. He obtained a Masters of Arts degree from that institution.

Michael Civin also got his PhD from Adelphi University in 1988. He then obtained his Postdoctoral Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in 1993. Michael Civin is the co-founder of a practice called Rose Hill Psychological Services, which was established in 2008. He is also a senor psychologist at that firm.
